Family Reconciliation Mediation Program: Worker Profile
Victoria Sobh, Capacity Building Worker, has a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Affairs and has worked in the youth homelessness sector for the past 7 years in a range of roles that have included direct case management, community development projects and more recently in Youth Homelessness Actions Plan (Stage 2) in Creating Connections. Victoria is looking forward to continuing to work on building community partnerships and promoting youth focused and family centred practice.
Yin Zhang, Brokerage Liaison Worker has a background in the youth homelessness system, educational sector and administration roles. Before joining the FRMP team, Yin worked as a youth worker in a direct service role with young people at risk of homelessness or homeless. Yin has also worked in an educational institute as an assistant lecturer in China and in a variety of administrative positions. Yin’s qualifications include a Diploma of Community Welfare Work, a Bachelor Degree in English Language and Culture as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
